Ann Chu
Executive Committee Member
Ann is currently Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Bloomberg where she is responsible for driving revenue derived from the company’s news and media properties across the Asia Pacific. Although born in Toronto, Ann has called Hong Kong home for the last 20+ years. She is passionate about diversity, inclusivity, mental health and giving back to the community and currently serves on the Executive Committee of Bloomberg's Diversity & Inclusion Council, represents the company on a working group comprised of HK’s leading financial institutions championing Neurodiversity in the Workplace, and is Vice-Chair of the Board at HandsOn HK, a non-profit facilitating volunteerism in our local community. Ann has been an acting member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s board since March 2024.
Benjamin Pong
Executive Committee Member
Ben joined Jardine Matheson in 2022 as Group Head of Taxation, managing a group of experienced tax professionals to oversee the Jardine Matheson Group’s global tax obligations and ensure that the group’s tax strategy is consistent with prevailing global as well as domestic tax policies. Ben has over 24 years of experience in Hong Kong as a tax professional, specialising in M&A Tax, International Tax and Hong Kong tax.
Keelan Chapman
Executive Committee Member
An active participant of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong, Keelan chairs the Financial Services Committee. Keelan served as a member of the Executive Committee from 2019 until 2023.
Since 2016, Keelan has been working for ChapmanCraig Ltd, a multi-family wealth management firm, part-time as a Real Estate Consultant. In January 2022, he became a full-time Associate where his role is to assist clients in understanding the role of their investment portfolios in their overall financial strategy as well as helping with general asset allocation (including real estate) and financial planning.
Hon Lam
Executive Committee Member
Hon Lam (BSc Psychology [1 st with Dean’s list], University College London, 2003) is responsible for Air Canada’s passenger businesses in the Hong Kong, Southern China and Southeast Asia markets. He oversees eight distinct markets at Air Canada and leads a multicultural team of sales and market development managers. He has been representing North American airlines in the Executive Committee of the Board of Airline Representatives (BAR) in Hong Kong since February 2021. He has previously served in the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Canadian Chamber of Commerce for two terms from 2019 to 2023. He also sits in the Pearl River Delta Canadian Chamber of Commerce Founders Council, and plays an active role in other Canadian chambers in South East Asia.
Martin Li
Executive Committee Member
Martin Li has served as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Hengan International Group Company Limited since 2017, overseeing finance and international operations for the company's personal hygiene products. With over 23 years of experience in accounting and business advisory, he is a fellow of both the HK Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia. Additionally, Martin leads Hengan International's ESG initiatives and is a committee member of the Canadian Chamber’s Sustainable Development Committee.
Michael Yue
Executive Committee Member
Michael Yue is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with two decades of experience in the technology sector. As the Managing Director and General Manager of Google Hong Kong, he has a proven track record in driving growth and innovation, including leading Google's global sales strategy and launching Google Pay in APAC. Michael's expertise in sales, marketing, and operations is complemented by his strong business acumen. He actively supports community engagement and international collaboration through his roles on the boards of the American and Canadian Chambers of Commerce in Hong Kong and as an advisor to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His commitment to mentorship underscores his dedication to fostering future leaders.
Rosemary Goater

Rosemary is the Co-founder of SystematicEdge where the mission is to deliver high performance Systematic Investment and Currency Management Solutions to maximize net income, minimize costs while providing safety and transparency to their clients. Before SystematicEdge, she spent 20 years of her career in executive search, most recently as a Partner with one of the leading global leadership consulting and executive search firms. Working within their global Financial Services practice, she had as clients the senior leadership teams across Asset Management, Hedge funds, Banking, & Insurance. She believes that talent is the core of every business, and brings that ethos to her role at SystematicEdge.
Wesley Chan
Executive Committee Member
Wesley joined RBC in June 2021. He is responsible for business development in Greater China area in servicing and advising ultra-high net worth families for wealth planning, assets protection, tax efficiency, and succession planning in cross border banking business. Before that, he was Director of Private Banking Services at BMO Shanghai Branch for more than 7 years, Assistant Vice President of KGI Securities of China Development Industrial Bank in Hong Kong and was a Senior Fixed Income Specialist at CIBC in Toronto for 12 years.
