Co-Chair of The Women's Network
Agnes Mark thrives in global roles through strong collaboration and teamwork spanning strategy, finance, project management, and risk management functions. As an AVP at Manulife, she delivered projects and services that seamlessly melded these disparate functions. Agnes is also passionate about mentorship and advancing women in the workplace.
Cydon Choi
Co-Chair of Property & Development Committee
Currently at Colliers and previously at JLL, I focus on tenant representation with regards to office leasing in Hong Kong. I have also worked as a landlord, being part of the K11 office leasing team within New World Development.
Prior to real estate, I have held various roles in sales, marketing, and strategic planning working for global FMCG companies like Unilever, Clorox, and media conglomerate TVB.
Kara Cheung
Co-Chair of Sourcing, Trading, & Manufacturing (STM) Committe
Kara Cheung is a highly-qualified professional logistician, specializing in Asia-Pacific trade. She began her career in logistics after completing her undergraduate studies and has since attained a range of professional qualifications, including a post-graduate course in Logistics Management from the esteemed University of Sydney in 2008.
Michelle Qiu
Co-Chair of Financial Services Committee
Michelle Qiu - MBA from Sauder School of Business at UBC; BA in Economics for Management from University of Toronto; Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®); over 15 years working experiences across major Canadian banks, in areas of Process Engineering/Project Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development, focusing on newcomer segment, high net worth, and commercial clients.
Ron Kwok
Co-Chair of Innovation Committee
Ron is enthusiastic about advocating for the adoption of technological innovation in businesses of all sizes. He has served as a dedicated volunteer on the Entrepreneur and Small Business Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce for the past two years. His extensive experience working with leading technology companies such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Google over the past decade has equipped him with deep industry knowledge and expertise. Ron leverages this wealth of experience in his role with the chamber to champion the adoption of cloud technology and showcase Canadian innovation on both local and international platforms.
Sharon Wong
Co-Chair of Sustainable Development Committee
Sharon Wong, Director, Corporate Banking CIBC
Sharon is a Director for CIBC’s Corporate Banking business in Hong Kong and Singapore and has over 10 years of corporate lending experience in Asia Pacific.
She recently took on a representative role for ESG initiatives for CIBC Corporate Banking Asia and have since been involved in various renewable transactions in Europe and Australia.
Before joining CIBC, she worked for Citibank N.A. and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Simon Yu
Co-Chair of Property & Development Committee
Simon Yu, a passionate real estate leader and Associate Director at CBRE, is dedicated to innovation and community building. As co-founder of the PropTech Institute, he drives tech adoption in real estate. Now Co-Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Property Committee, Simon bridges Canadian and Hong Kong markets with enthusiasm.
Tina Wei
Co-Chair of Financial Services Committee
Tina has nearly 20 years of leadership and investment experience as both LP and GP in fund investment, portfolio management, marketing and operating experience in global alternative investment including venture capital, private equity, Real Estate and Natural Resources globally.
Currently Tina is the Managing Partner of PristineView Capital Advisers, a HK based SFC licensed advisory and asset management firm, which advises and invests for institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth clients on their global asset allocation needs.
